If you are reading this, then you may already know me as Ava Guidry. But growing up my mom has always called me “Ava Bess”. Into adulthood, the sweet nickname has stuck. So I decided to use it to my advantage and add a little play on words … hence the name, The Bess View.

I was born and raised in Opelousas, La.

Most of my time is spent at school or studying as I am a Nursing major at UL. I have a dream of working with Pediatrics...  give me alllll the babies. I bleed rose and white as I am a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sigma.

I love meeting my clients, laughing with them, doing anything to make them feel comfortable, and just bringing their vision to life. My favorite part of photography is the editing. It is where all the magic happens. I get lost in my laptop and time moves fast as I tweak and adjust every shade and pixel.
